Today was a blur. I was able to catch my 6:00 flight out of San Jose and landed into the icy city of Dallas just in time to race off to lunch for twenty minutes before our first meeting. We accomplished a lot in business today, but with respect to the Road to Fitness, my day was lackluster
Lunch:
- 3 ribs
- 1/2 chicken breast
- 2 rolls
- green beans
- 1 bowl of peach cobbler with one scoop vanilla ice cream
Dinner:
- filet of fish
- zuccini
- broccoli
Workout:
- 1 hour on computrainer
- 45 minutes / 92 cadence / 225 watts
Sleep from previous night:
- 1 hour
