Job Description
RD2 is currently seeking talented designers who not only have a strong foundation in the fundamentals but also understand how to design for online user experiences. We’re looking for artists who are passionate about delivering on the online experience. Must not be afraid of exploring completely new areas of design and new online mediums. Must be capable of embracing emerging technology concepts that will be necessary to support innovative thinking. Must be well read and open to well established user experience patterns, so that you can take them to new levels.
We are looking for a designer who would share our passion for the web and online community building. Must see the bigger picture of brand and over-arching customer experiences. Must be able to connect with the business benefits and overall intent of design as a problem solving tool. Must enjoy talking at length with all members of a multi-disciplinary team. Must not be afraid to challenge others or to be challenged him/herself.

Working knowledge of Adobe CS3/CS4 a must. Our space is very open and very cool. Our team is very smart and very intense.

Worked at the Bag’n Baggage Group of Stores as Senior Designer for 7 years before being laid off due to Chapter 11 and corporate restructure. Worked for myself for about 7 months as web designer/ programmer, before taking my current position. I am currently working in Arlington for a company called PartnerComm as Graphic Designer and Web Designer/Programmer.
