Another great app a few of us are using is Insight (formerly Encamp). This app is great for productivity and mobile project management of Basecamp projects.
If you are a long time user of Insight and it hasn’t been working since the update in late 2009, try deleting the app and re-installing. Seems to fix all the buggies! At least for a few of us it has.
